How We Work
Executive Childcare
Agency operates quite uniquely then other
agencies. From our rigorous screening process of each nanny
to
our detailed nanny/family work agreement. I work to make each
family/nanny placement a success. I specialize in only experienced
and career nannies. All nannies are given a written test. Some live
in nannies must drive and own their own vehicle and all live
out nannies must drive. All phases of the interview process
are done only by the owner of Executive Childcare Agency. Some
nannies are CPR certified, have first aid certificates or are elementary
teaching graduates and have worked for families for a number of years.
All are English speaking nannies and some are bi-lingual. Executive
Childcare has significant experience with newborns, twins, toddlers
and adolescent care. When you register with us you will be working
with a highly qualified agency which does intense background checks
which are DMV, Criminal and Social Security which are included in all
finders fees. Executive Childcare Agency guarantees
every placement
made. If not satisfied after placement a qualified nanny will be sent
at no additional fee within the guarantee period.

" Nannies: Documented Live in or live outwho

" Temporary Sitters: Not a permanent position in
home help for a short period of time.
" Baby Nurses: Sleepover nurse for new moms that need rest at night.
" Mothers Helpers: For busy moms that need an extra pair of hands.
" Housekeepers: Weekly or bi-weekly
" Vacation Sleepovers: Nannies will move in during time of parents'
vacation. Usually 1 - 2 weeks.
" Weekend - Evening Sitters: For parents that work every weekend
or for a parents day or night out.
